I work alongside clients and assist them with transformation, discovery, and healing. I approach counseling from a holistic approach. I consider the whole person from their worldview to what they had for breakfast and everything in between. Collaboration and creativity are at the forefront of my approach to helping clients reach their goals.
I counsel individuals over the age of 18. I am interested in the human condition and the many ways it is challenging to be a human. Additionally, women and women’s issues (divorce, pregnancy, postpartum issues, women in the workplace, etc.) are of particular interest. Neurodivergence (Autism, AHDH), eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma are additional interests of mine.
