Being human is hard, but thankfully you don’t have to face anything alone. Together hope can be found and better days are closer than you think.
You might be surprised that it is fairly common to feel “crazy,” “stuck,” or “broken” at times, but what is so neat about therapy is that you will come to learn that this is part of a very adaptive and healthy internal signaling system calling you to action.
Research continues to show that we are built for connection and that health and wellness come when we are connected to who we are, those we love, and who we are born to be. Many things in life create disconnection (trauma, busy lifestyles, distractions, trying to fit in, etc.). Through an integrated, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approach, our work together will include you gaining awareness of your strengths, your challenges, your story, your emotions, and your dreams. Utilizing compassion, curiosity, and encouragement, connective experiences and relationships will follow, allowing you to move forward in life with more confidence, resonance, and peace.
I love my job as I get the privilege of working alongside individuals and couples ages 16 and up.
Although being human is hard, it can also be beautiful and rewarding.
