The only way to begin is by beginning, so I am glad you are here. You may have found yourself here feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and tired of the same patterns repeating in your life. I work with adult individuals and couples who are in this very place and it can manifest like sexlessness in romantic relationships, chronic physical manifestations of stress, strained relationships, identity confusion, unresolved grief, persistent anxiety, or unprocessed trauma. I will companion with you through these experiences and work together to create lasting change. As a witness of growth in therapy, I am continually amazed and inspired to see what people can do, and more importantly, who they grow to be.
I tailor my approach to the individual. Some individuals prefer a more cognitive (thought-based) or short-term approach, while others want to focus on emotional exploration and relational growth. Regardless of the preferred approach, I want to explore all aspects of identity to inform our work together – race, ethnicity, religious background, sexual orientation, gender identity, and other valuable areas of identity.
If you are looking for a co-adventurer in exploring yourself, I can help you start that journey. This work is so meaningful to me – I love what I do and would love the opportunity to get to know you and to support you in your endeavors.
