Living with chronic pain, illness, and grief can feel isolating—like no one truly understands. But I do, because I’ve been there too. My own journey led me to become a therapist, and I’m committed to walking alongside you.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating chronic illness, pain, and grief, believing that a meaningful life is possible even in the midst of suffering. I take a whole-person, evidence-based approach to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I currently offer virtual telehealth sessions for Missouri clients, ages 13+.
I also work with clients experiencing:
Anxiety/Depression
Medical Trauma
Religious Trauma
