You don’t have to carry it all on your own. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, illness, grief, anxiety, trauma, or depression—it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and alone. You might be tired of feeling like you have to “hold it all together,” even when things feel like they’re falling apart on the inside.
As someone who lives with chronic pain and illness, I understand how exhausting and lonely it can be to keep going when your body and mind are struggling. My personal experiences led me to this work and continue to shape how I show up: with empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for your story.
I offer virtual therapy for teens and adults across Missouri using a whole-person approach, incorporating practical resources from Dialectical Behavior Therapy. You’ll learn to calm your nervous system, reclaim your voice, and create rhythms that help you feel safe, connected, and more grounded.
We’ll move at your pace—and together, we’ll find a way forward.
