This group is for one parent and one teen to journey together in gaining information and practicing interactive skills through the utilization of group activities. The aim of this group is to help parent and teen participants grow closer and improve their communication.
Each group session focuses on one of the following topics:
- Respect (when we understand but disagree)
- Acceptance (I love you but may not love your decisions)
- Influence & Emotional Regulation (listening and curiosity)
- Boundaries, Autonomy & Consistency
