Do you often feel responsible for holding everything together in your relationships?
Do you care deeply for others, yet find yourself feeling tired, unclear, or unsure of what you need?
Have you learned how to stay connected by minimizing yourself, tolerating too much, or believing that your needs can wait?
Many people I work with never learned what safe feels like—in relationships or within themselves. When safety hasn’t been modeled, it’s easy to confuse love with over-giving, endurance with strength, and exhaustion with responsibility.
Therapy can be a place to gently untangle these patterns. This work supports growth even when a partner isn’t ready or willing to change—so you can make choices from clarity rather than fear, guilt, or exhaustion. Together, we focus on building boundaries that support your relationships rather than drain you, and on reconnecting with the quieter needs that may have been overshadowed by the needs of others.
This work isn’t about becoming less caring—it’s about learning how to stay connected to yourself while you care, so you can move through your relationships with more steadiness, self-trust, and choice.
